Phill Tomlinson is the founder of the Leveraged CRE Team and a top producing broker with the largest locally owned commercial real estate firm in the state of Arizona, Commercial Properties, Inc. He has over 19 years’ experience and specializes in investments, sales and leasing on retail, office and medical asset types. Phill has successfully closed over $93 Million dollars in total transaction volume and has completed a multitude of lease transactions. He has worked hard to advance his knowledge in tech and has established an aggressive standard of performance for his team to reach continuous growth through various market conditions. His hard work, integrity, and dedication have proven to be beneficial to his client’s success.

Phill is active in professional organizations, including CORFAC International (a worldwide real estate brokerage network), in which Phill has taken a leadership role serving as the Chair for their Technology Committee and has been a main speaker at many of their conferences.
