Phill has successfully closed over $93 Million dollars in total transaction volume and has completed a multitude of lease transactions. He has worked hard to advance his knowledge in tech and has established an aggressive standard of performance for his team to reach continuous growth through various market conditions. His hard work, integrity, and dedication have proven to be beneficial to his client’s success.

Phill is active in professional organizations, including CORFAC International (a worldwide real estate brokerage network), in which Phill has taken a leadership role serving as the Chair for their Technology Committee and has been a main speaker at many of their conferences.

Eric began his commercial real estate career in 1999 and is well known and respected throughout the industry. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He also obtained his Arizona Real Estate License in 1999, and his Arizona Broker’s License in 2008.
